Community Impact

Sioux Empire United Way's mission is to lead, sustain, and nurture
a unified, effective response to community needs. 

The Community Impact Division of the Sioux Empire United Way is designed to assist the Board of Directors in carrying out Sioux Empire United Way’s stewardship responsibility to the contributors by designing community solutions to community issues.  The objective of the Community Impact Division is to:

• Understand the issues and needs of the community.
• To identify ways to enhance current programs or develop programs to meet the needs.
• To measure the impact of allocated resources on those who use the services and on the community benchmarks. 

This is accomplished through partnerships with local non profit agencies, as well as with other business, community, and government organizations.
